1. Send the best quality Image

When submitting photos, always email the original file at its highest resolution. Avoid sending images via text, as this reduces their quality and send at original size if prompted.

2. Focus on faces

Photos with faces looking at the camera are more engaging. Encourage your subjects to avoid blinking and flash their best smiles!

3. Keep group shots simple

While large group photos can be great, smaller groups of three to four people are more visually appealing when printed. Position everyone centrally for a balanced look.

4. Steady hands, clear shots

Blurry photos can’t be fixed! Hold your camera steady or use a tripod to ensure sharp images.

5. Provide names and context

Include the names of everyone in the photo and any extra details we should know.

6. Check your camera settings

Make sure your camera is set to take photos at the highest quality available. If your photo looks too bright (overexposed) or too dark (underexposed), adjust your camera settings, use the flash, or tweak the brightness.

7. Mind your lighting

Lighting makes or breaks a photo! Always position light sources (like windows) in front of your subject, not behind. Avoid harsh shadows caused by hats or sunglasses.
