BEST OF 2025: Community Event in Hunter Park
First published July 24, 2025. The NAIDOC Week Community Event in Hunter Park on Friday, July 18 was well attended.

There were plenty of activities for children including face-painting, jumping castles, the playground, other games, lots of giveaways, and a barbecue lunch.
Local service providers also held stalls to showcase their organisations to the wider community.
WARFM broadcast live from the park, and Uncle Ralph Naden also played the didgeridoo live on the radio.
